The project is designed to be part of regenerating an industrial district of Ringsby, Globeville, Denver, Colorado.
The site is surrounded by an industrial building and a taxi community that was constructed using recycled materials from an old railway in the site.
The building uses different design elements and material selection considering the design language of the site , the units are constructed using shipping containers and exposed concrete.
